Founded on January 2nd, 1992 the WSA electronic GmbH und CO. KG in Altendambach/Thuringia produces and develops p&d machines and software solutions and sales them worldwide. While the first devices were sold by the name -ParkLine 2001-, the current generation is called TicketLine. Outstanding characteristics like the design and the change function of our machines TicketLine 2011 and TicketLine economy led the WSA electronic to a leading market position in several countries such as Norway, Czech Republic, Romania and Hungary. Main market for our technique still is Germany, where more than 5.000 machines are in use. In Berlin itself run 850 machines of the TicketLine economy. Our team of experienced and young coworkers secures the constant innovation of our products. An emphasis is our software development, since the trend of networking and administration of machines with a management center has increased.
We are precursors of modern system solutions like CityNet ® and FairPark®, whose functions increase the acceptance of park space management and the use by the drivers. Beside the permanent product development and a quality-assuring production the service plays an important role for the long-term satisfaction of our customers. The after sale customer service is a component of our firm philosophy and organized worldwide from Altendambach. The permanent contact to all sales partners secures the constant availability of our machines in all countries. Annual further education of our service technicians guarantees the necessary information exchange and the qualification to newest developments. This concept has worked satisfactorily for already 18 years and will promote the widespread use of our p&d machines TicketLine in the future.
